Do you charge for consultations? No. There is no fee for consultation on your remodel or restoration construction project.

What is your service area? I offer general contracting services to the greater Fresno area, and Madera County, including Coarsegold and Bass Lake in the foothills.

How do we select the right contractor for our project? Researching can help you find the contractor who is the right fit for your project.

-Consider credentials – are they licensed and insured, a member of a business organization. A general contractor can manage multiple trades and ensure a seamless process.
-Ask for referrals from friends and family, check references or look up reviews
-Review a potential contractors portfolio
-Evaluate communication and connection during the estimate process
-Be clear about your goals and ensure you understand the scope of the work and price

Do you hire all the contractors for the project? Yes, as a General Contractor, I coordinate all of the contractors required to complete your project.

Are you insured? Yes, I am are licensed and bonded. California Contractors License #1067439

Do you offer a warranty? Yes, I offer a 3-Year Warranty on our work, with any exclusions being outlined in your contract, including normal wear and tear.

How long does a project usually take?

-Kitchens take between 6-8 weeks to complete depending on cabinetry
-Bathrooms take between 3-4 weeks to complete depending on size of bathroom
-Flooring and paint rehab typically take 3 weeks to complete
-Additions take between 4-6 months to complete
-Smaller projects take 1-2 weeks to complete
